Staying Healthy!

Its really important for everyone to stay healthy. Not only because its good for you health but also because you'll feel really good about yourself and its the best feeling ever. If your a freshmen or sophomore you have to take P.E. so your covered or if your in some kind of sport your good. On the other hand if you don't have P.E. then its harder to exercise.

Here are some tips on how to stay healthy without being on a silly diet: 
  • Zumba
  • Yoga
  • Running 
  • Join a sport 
  • Kick boxing 
  • Jump Rope 
  • Hulla-Hoop 
  • Swimming
  • Anything you enjoy to do and love doing! 
Eating right is very important
  • Drink Alot of water
  • Eat healthy snacks! (No Junk Food!)
  • Eat whole gain foods 
  • Drink Herbal Tea 
  • Eat fruits and vegetables
  • Taking lunch to school (save money & its healthier than buying junk food)
